Refund & Return Policy

At EcoMart & Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of groceries and medicines, returns are subject to conditions.

Grocery & Perishable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for fresh or perishable items once delivered

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours

Pharmacy Items

  • Medicines are non-returnable unless:

    • Delivered incorrectly

    • Expired

    • Damaged at delivery

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item damaged during delivery

  • Order cancelled by EcoMart

Refund Method

  • Cash refunds for COD orders

  • Digital refunds for JazzCash / EasyPaisa

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
