Grocery & Perishable Items
Returns are not accepted for fresh or perishable items once delivered
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours
Pharmacy Items
Medicines are non-returnable unless:
Delivered incorrectly
Expired
Damaged at delivery

Order cancelled by EcoMart

Cash refunds for COD orders
Digital refunds for JazzCash / EasyPaisa
